RV and Camper Parking

RV and camper facilities are available on the Kentucky Exposition Center grounds. There are 150 “wet” sites available in lot (L) and numerous sites for self contained vehicles in several other lots. A “wet” site includes electricity, a place to fill your water tank, a dump station and a shower house. The cost of a “wet” site is $50 per night and the self-contained sites is $30 per night.
Reservations are required for the “wet” sites and can be made up to a year in advance. One night will be charge to your credit card at the time of reservation. Reservations may be made by calling the Kentucky Exposition Center Admissions Department at (502) 367-5384. If you are towing a car trailer, you will have to park your trailer either in an adjacent lot next to the RV lots or in the AACA designated trailer parking lot (Ashton Adair)*. There is no charge for trailer parking. No RV’s will be permitted to stay in the designated AACA trailer lot (Ashton Adair)*.
*The Ashton Adair lot is available from June 30 to July 4th and is just across the street from the host hotel.

- The $50.00 deposit pays for the first nights stay. This includes 20 or 30 ampelectrical service, use of the dump station to fill or empty tanks and access to the restrooms/showers located in the RV Lot.
4. Reservations are accepted a year in advance. However, reservations should bemade at least 14 days prior to arrival. Reservation deposits are non-refundableand non-transferable.
5. Bring confirmation card when you check in. Present to toll attendant to waive parking charge.
6. RV spaces are not assigned. They are first come, first serve. However, areservation does guarantee a electric hookup.

Prices subject to change without notice. All RV fees are payable upon arrival. All receipts are non-transferable. If no confirmation card, applicable parking charge will be taken at tollgates.
The RV Lot is located on the West side of the Exposition Center in Lot L (see map). Upon arrival, if tollgates are staffed, check with the attendant and present confirmation card (pink sheet) to waive parking fee. If arriving late PM and there is no attendant on duty take any non-flagged spot and check in with attendant the next morning.
Campers shall remain on their registered site. Any camper leaving their site may forfeit the site with no refund made. Any RV unit parked in an illegal area- fire lane, yellow curb, drive lane, horse barn area, unauthorized flagged off are, etc., will be subject to a ticket and/or tow at owner’s expense.
• Campers shall observe quiet hours after 10 pm.
• There will be no RV hook-up other than in L Lot. RVs in violation of this rule are subject to disconnect and removal from property. Towing at owner’s expense is a possibility.
• Campers will keep their sites clean and dispose of refuse in receptacles provided.
• Alcoholic beverages, firearms and fireworks are prohibited.
• RV attendants reserve the right to move any RVs to another space if needed.
• Any loss, theft, accident or disturbance should be reported to KEC security (367-5360).
• Sewage must be disposed of in dump station.
The Kentucky Exposition Center is a multi-purpose facility capable of accommodating several different events at the same time. Management reserves the right to limit reservations for any day or event period. KEC is not responsible for injuries, damages or loss of property while on the premises.
